Refund Policy

• Unwrapindia has a very customer friendly Return and Refund Policy. In case the product is shipped back to us you will get two UWI vouchers worth the price of the item which you can redeem over two purchases.

  Following are the conditions for RETURN and REFUND:

  • Please note that on items valued at Rs.500 or less we do not accept returns.
  • We have to receive the product back within 15 days after it has been shipped to you.
  • We will accept the return of Products only if they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

  Steps to Return Product:

  Step 1: Put the product along with the Invoice in the Unwrapindia box that is originally used for packing.

  Step 2: Put this box in the carton and seal the carton with the tape provided.

  Step 3: Put the carton in the poly bag provided, fold the flaps and seal the bag by peeling off the tape strip and fixing the same in one shot.

  Step 4: Handover the consignment to the service provider and take a shipping bill from them.
